I have moved classes online and hope to bring you some movement, some release, and some stillness. Classes are delivered via the Zoom app; details will be included in your confirmation email once you have booked your chosen class.
You will receive an email with class access codes no later than 15 minutes before class start time.

Gentle Flow

Mondays - 10am

A slow flow class where movement meets your breath your breath, to guide you into your morning.

Wednesdays - 8am

Settle into stillness before an energising practice to start your day.

Flow + Restore


Fridays - 6pm


Build up some heat with a shorter flow  followed by restorative poses, allowing your body to reset & recharge .
