I have moved classes online and hope to bring you some movement, some release, and some stillness. Classes are delivered via the Zoom app; details will be included in your confirmation email once you have booked your chosen class.
You will receive a separate email with class access codes prior to each class.
Mondays - 10am
A slow flow based class to introduce you to gentle movement with your breath, to guide you into your morning.
Wednesdays - 8am
Energising flow to guide the body
and mind into stillness
Fridays - 6pm
Bring your body into balance at the end of the week with a slower paced vinyasa, followed by restorative
